Bekah Jayne is a rising singer-songwriter, performer, and entrepreneur, wrapping up her final semester at Belmont with a major in Songwriting and minor in Music. Her music is influenced by 60s/70s rock, soul, blues, and R&B. In 2023, she took a bold step by establishing her own business, Bekah Jayne, Inc. She is celebrating her first single, “Lord I’ve Done My Time” which is now available on all streaming platforms. @bekahjayne_

KEVin bull jr.

Battle of the Bands Winner

“Kevin Bull, Jr.” is a 4-piece hard rock band, including Reece Bittner, Ethan Merry, and Ryan Maguire on guitars and drums. It was originally formed in the DC Metro area in 2020 by bass player and lead vocalist Kevin Bull, Jr. In the past school year, the band has released the singles “Apathetic,” “Back to Human,” and “Middle o. Amanda Aponte is an artist, songwriter, and producer. Raised in a household infused with both music and faith, her journey led her from musical theatre to a focus on pop and Christian music. Pop-funk star Molly Grace is quickly paving her own lane in the music industry with her earworm, genre-bending catalog. An enthusiastic, goofy, and electrifying performer, she’s winning over hearts both on social media and in person at her shows. Sierra Carson is an indie folk singer-songwriter based in Nashville, TN. She has released 4 singles this year with another on the way. Sierra is known her for introspective lyrics and ability to connect with a wide ranging audience. She works with producers Kevin Kadish and David Baron on her solo project while also writing for and with other recording artists across the country. @sierracarsonmusic

Julia Campopiano, professionally known as Laken Campo, is a senior Songwriting major with a Music Business minor from Flower Mound, Texas. Their main motivation for creating music is to help others feel less isolated in their problems and spread positivity. Julia is a member of Bear House Writer Management, Prismatics A Cappella, Curtains Up musical theatre, and Towering Traditions. @lakencampo

SPRING WRITERS’ NIGHT WINNER

Kennadi Russell, known as "KENNADI", is a Missouri native who headed to Nashville in 2021 to pursue her dreams. KENNADI has three singles on streaming platforms, her most popular song being "Jamie," which gained its recognition on Spotify's 'Fresh Finds' playlist. KENNADI blends to create her unique style that combines pop, folk-acoustic, and R&B. She exudes power in her music while being real and empathetic. @thisiskennadi

SPRING WRITERS’ NIGHT WINNER

Emmy Moyen is originally from Starkville, Mississippi and is currently studying Songwriting and Music Business at Belmont University. She started writing songs in 2020 and developed a passion for storytelling. She considers her Southern roots and small town upbringing to be a place where she draws lots of inspiration and stories from to write about. She is currently pursuing a career in country music as an artist and songwriter. @emmymoyenmusic
